Liability

To indemnify the Insured :

a) Against all sum which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay as damages or compensation in respect of :-

• Accidental bodily injury to third party
• Accidental loss of / or damage to third party property

b) All costs and expenses of litigation

• Recovered by any claimant against the Insured
• Incurred with the written consent of the Insurer

To indemnify the Insured's against legal liability to employees sustaining bodily injury by accident or disease caused during the period of cover and arising out of and in the course of employment

Coverage A - Directors & Officers Liability

The Insurer shall pay the loss of each Insured resulting from any claim first made against the Insured during the policy period for any wrongful act in the Insured's capacity as a director, officer or employee of the company except for and to the extent that the company has indemnified the Insured

Coverage B - Company Reimbursement Section

The Insurer shall pay the loss of the company resulting from any claim first made against the Insured during the policy period for any wrongful act in the Insured's capacity as a director, officer or employee of the company but only when and to the extent that the company has indemnified the Insured for the loss

Indemnity to 3d party (any other person other than the employees of the Insured) against all sums which shall become legally liable consequent from anything harmful or defective in covered products in respect of:

• Loss of possession or Control
• Actual Tangible Damage
• Death, Bodily Injury, Illnesses or Disease
