Death due to natural and accidental causes

Causes:

Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) due to natural and accidental causes

Confinement to hospital due to illness or sickness or bodily injury

To indemnify the Insured in respect of their legal liability under the Workmen Compensation Ordinance 1952 (including all subsequent amendments caused during the period of insurance and arising out of and in the course of their employment
